Mme Hoarau a fait preuve de sérieux, de compétence et de tact avec un vendeur très peu arrangeant. Elle a été persévérante et a réussi à temporiser un vendeur très pointilleux.
Merci de m’avoir permis d’acquérir cet appartement, car c’était loin d’être gagné d’avance …. Jusqu’au dernier moment !
Je recommande cette agence et en particulier Mme Hoarau pour son professionnalisme

Horrendous phone customer service. I inquired regarding an advertisement for an apartment posted online, the lady quite literally hung up on me mid-sentence. Called again and it was clear it was not by accident. Have some decency please, it's 2023.

We bought an office near Gare de Lyon with Laforêt's help. In particular, Thomas Imperatori was very quick to respond to any questions that we had and communicate with the seller when there were issues that needed to be discussed. The one drawback that we had was that we were promised Laforêt that the work in the basement would be finished but this never happened. However, this was more the fault of the seller than the agent which is why I'm still giving them 5 stars.

Very nice service.
I was looking for a flat to rent in the 12th arrondissement of Paris and in a few days, I found a very nice one, thanks to the wonderful team of Laforêt Immobilier Gare de Lyon Paris 12.
